Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes electronic invoicing?
All of them. From the Basic plan you issue e-CFs when you sell, with credit and debit notes and the invoice with a QR code. From the Pro plan you also receive your suppliers’ e-CFs and issue E41 and E43 from purchasing and expenses.
Do the prices include ITBIS?
Yes. The price you see is what you pay: it includes ITBIS (18%), which the invoice shows separately.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, deposit, cash or card on our terminal. When we record your payment, your access renews and you receive your invoice.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a plan and pay. If you do not, your business becomes read-only: you can see and export your information, but not record sales until you pay.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Ask us from the app and we apply it; the difference is adjusted on your next invoice.
What does paying yearly mean?
You pay 10 months and use 12. You can switch between monthly and yearly when you renew.
